Garlic Croutons

Yield: 4 cups Total Time: 30 minutes


4 ½ cups sourdough bread, cut into ¼ inch cubes

3 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, minced

2 tablespoons garlic, minced

¾ cup extra virgin olive oil

to taste salt

to taste ground black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 375℉.

  2. Line a 12 x 18 baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the sourdough bread, flat-leaf parsley, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix together to coat the bread cubes.

  4. Evenly spread out the bread mixture on the prepared baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 13 minutes or until golden brown.
